BuildWorkflow collects contact details you submit so we can qualify interest, run commercial conversations, operate the technical Talent Network, and review founding commercial-partner applications.
What we collect
For Workflow Assessment and contact requests: name, company, role, email, optional phone, and any operational problem description you provide.
For technical Talent Network applications: name, email, location, timezone, discipline, experience, skills, availability, portfolio links, and related application answers you submit. These applications do not require a company or construction role.
For founding commercial-partner applications (including business development, partnerships, and marketing tracks): the same identity and capability fields, plus track, role preference, intent answers, and engagement preferences you submit. Founding applications are not employment applications and do not imply a guaranteed base salary. How we use it
Commercial leads are used to respond to assessment requests, qualify fit, and follow up on contractor conversations. Technical Talent Network and founding commercial-partner applications are stored and reviewed separately from construction CRM leads so talent and partner intake does not mix with sales pipelines. Founding applications are used to evaluate performance-based partner fit and to agree written commercial terms before any engagement. We do not sell this information.
